• Select your bag details.
• Choose your campers' session and select your desired pickup date.
• Add in your payment info, review and click continue.
• Complete your order by logging in or creating an account

If your order is placed more than 3 business days before your pickup, we’ll mail you a Welcome Packet with everything you need:

• Pre-printed shipping labels
• Durable bag tags
• Zip ties for secure attachment
• Step-by-step packing and shipping instructions

Just pack as you normally would for air travel and properly attach your barcoded label using the supplies included in your welcome packet.

• Securely zip-tie the luggage tag to your campers’ baggage.
• Once attached, prepare your bags for pickup on your scheduled pickup date.
• Make sure your barcoded shipping label is visible for carrier pickup.
• You can also drop off your bags. Use our store locator and be sure to drop off your items by the store's latest pickup time.

We’ve got you covered, and will notify you once their camp gear has been delivered to camp.

• Our dedicated tracking team monitors your shipment every step of the way.
• Once your camper's bags arrive, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation.
• Skip baggage claim and send your camper on their way! Your camper's bags will be waiting in their bunk when they arrive!
